I am instructed to say that it is considered desirable that you should apply to the Court for directions in the matter. Before doing so, however, it would be well for your solicitors to discuss with the solicitors for the bank the question of the costs of the

proposed application for directions, as I understand that if the bank are successful the costs of both sides would practically
